These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, software, hardware-related offerings, and services provided by Parallel Worlds ("Parallel Worlds," "we," "us," or "our"), including Earth, Quantum Dashboard, Angel, Worlds, related domains, APIs, and associated products (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, clicking agree, completing a purchase, or accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Services are not directed to children. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and have authority to enter into these Terms, including on behalf of an organization if you use the Services for work.

Completing a password alone does not finish sign-in if two-factor authentication is enabled. You must verify the second factor. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, appear compromised, or are used for unlawful purposes.
You agree not to use the Services to:
We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate access when these rules are violated. Public-camera and map feeds are provided for situational awareness only and are not a substitute for emergency services or lawful process.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create ("User Content"), including Worlds, media, pins, and text. You grant Parallel Worlds a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, transmit, and make technical copies of User Content solely as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services you use.
You represent that you have the rights needed to upload User Content and that it does not infringe others' rights or contain unlawful material. Live or shared Worlds remain your responsibility, including who you invite and what you publish.
Features such as Angel, assistants, and briefings may use machine-learning models. Outputs can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You must review them before relying on them. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or data you are not allowed to process. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are unique or fit for any particular purpose.
The Services may display maps, 3D globes, flights, ships, news, webcams, and similar feeds from third parties (including Google, Cesium, and other providers). Those sources have their own terms. We do not control them and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, latency, or availability. Location queries and camera views you request may be processed by those providers. Operational decisions remain yours.
The Services — including software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and proprietary models — are owned by Parallel Worlds or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services under your subscription or trial, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly allowed.
Paid plans are billed through our payment providers (such as Stripe). Fees, billing interval, and taxes are shown at checkout and in your account. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until you cancel. You can cancel renewal in account settings or by contacting admin@parallelworlds.us before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not generally refund the current period unless required by law or expressly offered at purchase.
Failure to pay may result in suspension. Chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith may result in account termination. Hardware or add-on purchases follow the terms shown at checkout.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend Services for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Beta, preview, or experimental features may change or be withdrawn at any time.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARALLEL WORLDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that outputs, alerts, maps, globes, cameras, or briefings will be accurate, timely, or suitable for operational, legal, navigation, or life-safety decisions without independent verification.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARALLEL WORLDS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO PARALLEL WORLDS FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Parallel Worlds from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue a product. Upon termination, your license ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will change. Material changes will be posted on this page or notified via the Services or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.
You may not use the Services if you are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction or are a prohibited party under U.S. or other applicable export or sanctions laws.
If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to admin@parallelworlds.us with: (a) your contact information; (b) a description of the work; (c) the location of the allegedly infringing material; (d) a statement of good faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for disputes that are not required to be brought in small-claims court is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring claims in your home jurisdiction.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Parallel Worlds for the Services. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only.
